Return & Cancellation Policy

Your satisfaction with our Atak Arıcılık branded products and beekeeping equipment is valuable to us. Our return conditions valid within the scope of the Consumer Protection Law are listed below.

1. Right of Withdrawal and Period

You can return the products you purchased from our site within 14 (fourteen) days from the delivery date without showing any reason and without paying a penal clause.

2. Return Conditions

Products to be returned must be undamaged, unused and not having lost their resalable quality, together with their box, packaging and any standard accessories. Returns of products that have been used, operated in the field in beekeeping activities or deformed are not accepted.

3. Refund Process

Within 7 to 10 business days following return approval, the product price is refunded to the bank card or payment method you used to make the purchase.
